All maintenance and service requests should be submitted through the Tenant Center (opens in new window).
After logging in, click on the "Electronic Maintenance Request Form" link and follow these steps:
- Confirm or complete all contact information.
- Choose the nature or type of request being submitted.
- If applicable, provide details of the contractor to be used.
- Review all information thoroughly. Click submit.
You will receive confirmation via e-mail that your request was submitted to the management office. This will eliminate the need to call the management office to facilitate a request.
Electronic Maintenance Request Log
This feature allows users to track and monitor all service requests submitted through the Tenant Center. Service requests are sorted by month and will have the current month displayed upon entry.
